The high-precision gripper relies on a multi-axis linkage servo drive and has excellent performance in the field of micro-assembly. Its flexible cell-metamorphosis mechanism design not only achieves ±0.5μm repeatability, but is also deeply applied to wafer pre-alignment, micro-bearing assembly, and biochip clamping systems, maintaining 0.01° angle deflection control even under 50N clamping force.
