The double jaw bevel pneumatic clamp is based on a self-centering bevel wedge force-enhancing structure, which leads the clamping stability in the field of precision machining. Its bidirectional synchronous locking design provides 18kN constant pressure clamping force.

As a multi-field precision positioning platform, it is deeply integrated in the high-rigidity workpiece clamping system for ⚙️machine tool processing (repeat positioning accuracy ±0.002mm), 🤖heavy-load component positioning mechanism for automated assembly (load capacity > 5 tons | vibration resistance frequency > 200Hz), and 🔧flexible positioning fixture for welding production (thermal deformation compensation ±0.01mm), achieving full coverage of cross-process precision positioning.
