The pneumatic expansion internal support clamp relies on the multi-layer composite expansion film process and performs excellently in the internal support clamping of thin-walled parts. Its uniform radial expansion design not only achieves 0.02mm inner diameter deformation control, but is also widely used in bearing ring assembly, precision gear positioning, and medical catheter fixation, especially in the case of 0.1mm wall thickness workpiece to maintain ±2μm concentricity.

It is widely used in nano-scale thin-wall turning systems in 🔧precision turning (deformation < 3μm), thermal displacement compensation positioning mechanisms ✈️in aerospace (positioning accuracy ±2μm), and non-contact lens barrel support platforms in 🔬optical devices (surface accuracy λ/20), realizing cross-industry precision manufacturing technology upgrades under extreme working conditions.
